Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong and gusty winds over desert areas could result in blowing dust. Difficult driving conditions will be present, especially for larger vehicles traveling along roadways with strong and gusty crosswinds. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
