* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts between 40 to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Higher Elevations of Indiana, and Westmoreland Counties. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Secure outdoor objects.
