* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots and waves 1 to 3 feet expected. * WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Ripley to Buffalo. * WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Winds and/or waves will cause hazardous conditions that could capsize or damage small craft. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be south of Silver Creek and the largest waves will be offshore. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
