* WHAT...Localized minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kansas, including the following counties, in south central Kansas, Cowley. In southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in localized minor flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, city streets, underpasses, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A couple more round of showers with a few embedded thunderstorms are expected to move northeast across southeast Kansas through mid to late morning.
