Isolated higher gusts of 50-55 mph on the east side of Flathead Lake, especially in west to east oriented gaps along Highway 35, also in the Lake Blaine area. * WHERE...Flathead/Mission Valleys. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 3 PM MDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs and weakened trees could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Secure outdoor objects. Boaters on area lakes should use extra caution since strong winds and rough waves can overturn small craft.
