* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Orange County in southwestern California... * WHEN...Until 530 AM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 325 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, Aliso Viejo, San Juan Capistrano and Laguna Woods. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
